Wae Rebo Native Tour is a special tour to visit the original and impressive traditional village of Manggarain tribe. The village is located high up on the mountain area in the west Flores Island. To reach Wae Rebo village is only be able by trekking through the forest.
Wae Rebo Native Tour offers the specialized tour to explore west Flores’ pure nature and Manggaraian tribe unique culture as the main attraction, which are related to the nature, local social life, spiritual belief, and local customs, including the islands of Rinca and Komodo as the home of Komodo dragon.
Here is the itinerary:
DAY 01: Labuan Bajo – Lembor Village – Wae Rebo village (L-D).
Early morning our guide will pick up you at hotel or airport in Labuan Bajo, west Flores. Drive to Lembor village to see the largest wet paddy field in west Flores. Drive to Denge village – start trekking up for 3 hours to impressive native village of Wae Rebo. Lunch on the way, Dinner and overnight at Wae Rebo village.
DAY 02: Wae Rebo – Denge village - Lembor village – Labuan Bajo (B-L-D).
Simple breakfast at Wae Rebo village – see and enjoy the Wae Rebo village, by interacting with the local community to learn about their way of life and their unique culture before leaving the village – trek down back to Denge village – drive back to Labuan Bajo via Narang and Lembor village. Lunch. Check in at your hotel in Labuan Bajo for overnight and dinner.
DAY 03. Hotel – Check Out (B)
Today is the last day of your Wae Rebo Native Tour program. Our guide will pick up you at the hotel – transfer to the airport for your next destination. Breakfast at the hotel.

What to Bring :
Dress is casual. Clothing should be light, preferably cotton with at least one long sleeved shirt and pants. Bathing suit, thongs or sandals and sneakers or walking boots, lots of film, camera, replacement batteries, and spares. Women please note Indonesia is a mostly Muslim country and custom dictates modesty. Please be well covered on shore excursions. Bring one light sweater or jacket as it can get cool in the highlands. Also bring sun-screen, insect repellent, sunglasses, sunhat, swimmers. Please advise beforehand if you have any special dietary requirements. Beer is available at local rates. Bring also your passport, visa, airline tickets, local currency and or US$ in small denominations
